Shipping Charges:
Free Delivery Across India on Prepaid Orders.
Cash-on-delivery charges are applicable.

Note: If the outer packaging has been tampered with, ripped, pressed, or is otherwise damaged, you can refuse acceptance of the delivery and write your comments on the proof of delivery (POD) slip that the delivery executive presents.

Cancellation Policy:

We will be able to accept a request for cancellation of an order only if it is raised within 6 (six) hours of placing the order on the website. All orders are usually shipped within 4-6 hours from our end.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed/shipped or orders for which the cancellation request is made after 6 (six) hours from the time an order is placed.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Babe11 and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

Ans: Every prepaid order is shipped using reputed courier services like Blue Dart, Smarter, and Delhivery. There is no shipping charge for prepaid orders within India. For Cash On Delivery, a shipping fee of Rs. 50 is applicable. The courier firm usually contacts you before delivery.

Q2. Approximately how long does shipping take?
Ans: After an order is placed, it is usually shipped within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes 3 to 4 working days.

International Orders:

International customers can place prepaid orders on our website at https://babe11.in/ through the payment gateways available on the checkout page. Orders are processed once they are confirmed and payment is received.

Delivery Timeframe:
Varies by country. Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days. We usually ship via FedEx, DHL, or DTDC.

Custom Duty:
For all international orders, customs duties/charges may apply depending on the importing country’s regulations. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs, or local taxes levied.
