Because we provide our products at factory-direct pricing, we do not include added costs like free returns or exchanges in our model. Our vision is to deliver premium fashion at honest, affordable rates.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

🔁 Return Policy (Only for Manufacturing Defects)

We accept returns only in the case of genuine manufacturing defects.

✅ How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.

2. Share clear photos or videos of the defect.

3. Ensure the product is:

   • Unworn and unwashed

   • In its original condition with all tags intact

🔄 If Your Return Is Approved:

• Pack the item securely in its original condition with tags intact.

• Notify us once packed — we’ll send you a barcode.

• Print and attach the barcode clearly to the parcel.

• Our courier partner will collect the parcel from your address.

📌 Please Note:

• Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

• The return will be processed only after the item reaches us and passes our quality inspection.

• Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit of equal value to purchase another item from Babe11

🔄 Exchange Policy (Size Issues)

We offer a one-time size exchange in case you ordered the wrong size. This is subject to the conditions below:

✅ How to Request an Exchange:

1. Inform us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Ship the product back to our return address at your own cost.

3. Ensure the item is:

   • In original, unused condition

   • With tags intact

Once received and inspected, we will send the same design in your preferred size.
👉 Note: Design changes are not allowed. Only one exchange per order is permitted.

🔄 If Your Exchange Is Approved:

• Pack the item securely with all tags.

• Inform us once packed — we’ll send a barcode.

• Print and attach the barcode to the parcel.

• Our courier partner will pick it up from your address.

📌 Please Note:

• Shipping cost for exchange must be covered by the customer.

• We will process the exchange only after quality check.

• Upon approval, we will provide:

  • A replacement in your preferred size.
